Your privacy is very important to us here at The Country Canner.  Our website is Level 1 PCI DSS compliant which means that our website meets or exceeds the security standards for handling customer information.  We also employ industry standard 128 bit SSL encryption.  We keep customer information on record in order to make the ordering process easier and to offer news letters and special offers to those who choose to receive them.  We promise never to distribute your information in ANY WAY.


Refunds and Returns

Your satisfaction is very important to us.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us by phone or email.  Our contact information can be view at our Contact Us page.  If for some reason the product you have purchased is defective we will replace the item or refund the the price of the defective item, no questions asked.


Terms Of Service

  1. You must be 18 years or older an have a valid credit card to purchase our products.
  2. You must provide your name, billing address, shipping address (if different from billing address), valid email address, and any other information required to complete the order process.
  3. You must be responsible for the security of you account password.  The Country Canner cannot be held liable  for any loss or damage from your failure to maintain security of your account and password.
  4. The Country Canner will not be held responsible for shipments in transit.  Shipments in transit are the sole responsibility of the shipping company.
